どうしても逆回転がかかってしまいます…。それに、足の甲を伸ばして固定して蹴ってみても、つますきを地面にこすってしまいます。
上手い先輩達のパスはなんだか足を振りぬかず、球の下らへんを蹴って足を止めているっぽいんです。どうして逆回転がかからず、無回転で飛んで行くのか、不思議でなりません。
教えてください！！

はじめは蹴るのではなく、ゆっくりボールをミートすることからはじめてみてはいかがでしょうか。

まずは、落ち着いて考えてみてください。
ボールの下を蹴ればバックスピンがかかるし、中心を捕らえれば無回転でボールが飛んでいきます。当然のことです。
冷静さを失えば正しい分析ができませし、キックの上達もありません。
足のどこに当たればボールの芯をミートできるのかを、まずはゆっくりとした動作で確認するのです。
つま先を地面にこすらないぎりぎりの位置で振り抜く動作が必要なので、はっきり言いますと、そんなに簡単にできることではありません。蹴り足を斜めに寝かせるとやりやすくなります。

インフロントでは足を振り抜かないことがありますが、インステップキックはあり得ません。
何か誤解されている印象を受けるのですが・・もう少し詳しい状況説明をして頂けますでしょうか。そもそも拓也さんのイメージしているインステップキックと私の説明しているインステップキックが違う可能性もあります。

例えばサイドアタックみたいな、コーナーフラッグ付近の両サイドのオープンスペースに蹴るのや、サイドチェンジのパスってどんなのが適切なんでしょうか？？

昨日のはいろいろ調べてみると、どーやら 浮き球ドライブ とかいうキックのような気がします。中心の少し下を蹴って、ほぼ回転なしに着地後も勢いが消えずに、転がっていくボール…
これの蹴り方教えてください！！

拓＝拓也さんですよね？
ハンドルネームはわかりやすく統一してくださいね。
おそらく、拓さんはサイドチェンジの際の低いライナー性のボールをイメージしているのだと思いますが、それはインステップキックではなく、インフロントキックです。
そもそもインステップキックでパスを出す選手はほとんどいません。
低いライナー性のインフロントキックは、解説が非常に難しいです。なぜなら、基本的なインフロントキックが蹴れている選手ならば自然と蹴れてしまうからです。
私も今までに低いライナー性のインフロントキックの練習は一度もしたことがありません。
応用的なキックですので、まずは基本的なキックを習得するようにしてください。
基本的なインフロントキックをきちんとマスターした上でしたら、説明することができると思います。
ちなみに「浮き球ドライブ」なんていうキックは存在しませんので、あまり変な解説には惑わされないでくださいね。

今、僕は高一です。
中三の時にこのサイトをみて、それまで20ｍぐらいしかとばなかったのに、今では50ｍぐらいとびます。
そこで質問なんですが、高一でしたら、普通どれくらい飛んだらいいほうでしょうか？
あと、もっとボールを飛ばしたいのですが、キックの技術と足の筋肉をつけたら、よりボールはとぶようになりますか？

良いご報告をありがとうございます。
当サイトを見て、キックが飛ぶようになったという報告を聞くと一番うれしいです。
私は、個人的には50m飛べば十分だと思います。
それ以上飛距離を伸ばしても、ゴールキック以外それほど有利な場面はありませんし、それよりは、キックの成功率を上げることの方が重要に思います。
インフロントキック
インステップキック
インサイドキック
この3種類を1試合通してミスなく蹴ることができれば、世界一流のサッカー選手です。
あと、ボールが遠くまで飛ばせる選手には、柔らかいフワッとしたパスが蹴れない選手が多いですので、もし飛距離を伸ばす場合には十分に気を付けて下さい。（スルーパスが強すぎて、味方が追いつけないことが多い）
ボールをもっと遠くへ飛ばしたい場合は、ミートする位置を変えるのが一番早いです。
そもそもインフロントはボールを真芯で捕らえるキックではないので、インステップよりのキックにすると簡単に遠くへ飛ぶようになると思います。
筋力をつけてキック力が上がるというのは、間違った考えだと思います。理論的には、筋力が上がれば、飛距離は伸びますが、それ以前に、今の体の力を100%ボールに伝えることの方が何倍も重要ですし、すぐに効果があります。
私は、50mくらい飛ぶフワッとしたインフロントキックを蹴りますが、実はそれ以上は蹴れません。これはこれで１つの完成されたインフロントキックですので、それ以上フォームを改良して遠くに飛ばそうとすることはやめました。
私の場合、似たような異なるキックをマスターすることは、イメージを混同して、２つのキックが自分の中でごちゃ混ぜになり、結果的にキックの精度を落とすという経験があったからです。ただし、あくまで私の場合なので、参考程度にお考え下さい。人によっては、いろんな種類のキックを蹴れる人もいます。
究極的なキック解説は、私もあくまで自分の場合どうだったかをお話するに過ぎません。私の解説が１００％正解とは限らないのでご了承ください。

実は高校からFWをやろうと思ってます
実際なぜFWの才能がこんなにあるのに・・・
といわれ続けてきた身なので高校デビューしてやろうと思います
そこで最近走りこみやらなにやらで練習をしているのですが、一つ聞きたいです
今回の質問少しずれているのですが、答えたくない（？）というか、不快であればスルーしてください。。。
練習場所はいつもどのようなところで行いますか？
引退してしまいましたので、グランドは使用できず、公園という公園も・・・。
地域によって違うのは承知しているのですが、こういった場合管理人様はいつもどのような場所で・・・？
というか。。。
どこでいつも練習していましたか？

私は地元が北海道なので、高校生の頃は、家の近所に野球グランドがあって、そこの外野の部分が芝なのでフェンスに向かってボールを蹴っていました。
今考えれば、恵まれた環境でした。フェンスの下部分はコンクリだったので、低いボールを蹴れば跳ね返ってきますし、ダイレクトのインサイドの練習もできます。
野球場の横には空き地もあり、野球はナイター設備もあったので、部活が終わったあとにその明かりでキック練習をしていました。
今は東京なので練習場所には非常に苦労しています。
自分に最適な練習場所を見つけることができなければ、まず上達は無理です。
ですので、練習場所を見つけることは、技術向上のための最初の重要課題だと思います。

良い練習場所を確保することは、思った以上に難しく、それが技術の差に繋がると言っても過言ではありません。気合を入れて探す必要があると思います。
学校に事情を話して、可能であれば、グランドを使う許可を頂くことも良いのではないでしょうか。

最近、インステップを蹴る時に右足で蹴る場合、飛んでいく軌道が、直線というよりむしろ、高くダフった回転で飛びます。
反対に、左足で蹴ると、無意識でも、無回転で飛ぶ距離こそ短いものの、右足より低く、早く飛びます。
利き足が、右足なので、右足で左足のように蹴りたいのですが･･･
何かアドバイスを頂けませんか？？
下手な質問の仕方をお許し下さい。

左足で蹴れるのでしたら、私が解説するよりも、最も身近にお手本があることになります。しかもそれは自分自身ですからね^^;
右足と左足の蹴り方がどう違うかを分析して、あとは練習することです。私がアドバイスすることは何もありません。
あるとすれば、キックには論理的な考え方をすることが重要だということです。ちゃんと考えていれば、今回の質問は必要なかったはずです。
ちょっと厳しい回答でスミマセン。
でも、キックが蹴れないという方は、キックがどうという以前に物事に取り組む姿勢や、考え方に問題がある場合が多いです。
最近、強く思います^^;

自分では、意識して蹴っているつもりなのですが、甲よりもつま先側にあったてしまいますし、
僕は右利きなんですが中心よりも親指側に当たりインフロントに近い感じになってしまいます。
何か改善の策はないですか？

ご指導ありがとうございます。
次の記事を読んだらインステップに怪我はつきものと書いていますが、僕にはそーゆう経験は全然ありません。
体が勝手に地面すれすれを蹴るのを恐れているのかも知れません。
まあ、そういった面も意識していきたいと思います。
後、ぼくのキックは３０メートルくらいしか飛びませんし
高く上がるうえにスピードが遅いです。
まあ力はとても弱いですし、インフロントで蹴ってしまっているのかもしれません。
でももし、きれいにインステップで蹴れるようになれば
キック力やシュートスピードとゆうのはあがりますかね？

ちゃんとミートすればボールスピードは格段に速くなりますし、蹴った感触も全然違います。１番わかりやすく説明すると、ボールを真上に上げて、浮き球をインステップで蹴ってみてください。簡単にミートできます。浮き球のキックと今のインステップキックを比べてみてください。

フォームが及ぼす身体への影響は非常に大きいです。
実際わたしも学生時代に腰部の疲労骨折で苦い経験しています。 他の人に同じ思いをさせたくありません。

太ももの前の部分が痛くなる可能性としてはただ単に筋肉痛ではないでしょうか。
フォームが悪い場合ならば太もも以外の場所にも痛みが出る場合がありますからおそらく筋肉痛です。

この書き方だとどうにもシュート＝インステップキックのように考えてるように思えます。そうでないのならばいいのですがもしそのように考えているのであれば改めておいたほうがいいと自分は思います。
また、

違うならいいのですがもし片方の脚だけで蹴っているのならばこれからは両方の脚で蹴ることをオススメします。個人的にはそのほうが上達が早い気もします。また片方だけで蹴り続けるのは負荷が偏るのであまりオススメできません。

まずは、落ち着いて考えてみてください。
ボールの下を蹴ればバックスピンがかかるし、中心を捕らえれば無回転でボールが飛んでいきます。当然のことです。
冷静さを失えば正しい分析ができませし、キックの上達もありません。
足のどこに当たればボールの芯をミートできるのかを、まずはゆっくりとした動作で確認するのです。
つま先を地面にこすらないぎりぎりの位置で振り抜く動作が必要なので、はっきり言いますと、そんなに簡単にできることではありません。蹴り足を斜めに寝かせるとやりやすくなります。

おそらく、拓さんはサイドチェンジの際の低いライナー性のボールをイメージしているのだと思いますが、それはインステップキックではなく、インフロントキックです。
そもそもインステップキックでパスを出す選手はほとんどいません。
低いライナー性のインフロントキックは、解説が非常に難しいです。なぜなら、基本的なインフロントキックが蹴れている選手ならば自然と蹴れてしまうからです。
私も今までに低いライナー性のインフロントキックの練習は一度もしたことがありません。
応用的なキックですので、まずは基本的なキックを習得するようにしてください。
基本的なインフロントキックをきちんとマスターした上でしたら、説明することができると思います。
ちなみに「浮き球ドライブ」なんていうキックは存在しませんので、あまり変な解説には惑わされないでくださいね。

中三の時にこのサイトをみて、それまで20ｍぐらいしかとばなかったのに、今では50ｍぐらいとびます。
そこで質問なんですが、高一でしたら、普通どれくらい飛んだらいいほうでしょうか？
あと、もっとボールを飛ばしたいのですが、キックの技術と足の筋肉をつけたら、よりボールはとぶようになりますか？

当サイトを見て、キックが飛ぶようになったという報告を聞くと一番うれしいです。
私は、個人的には50m飛べば十分だと思います。
それ以上飛距離を伸ばしても、ゴールキック以外それほど有利な場面はありませんし、それよりは、キックの成功率を上げることの方が重要に思います。
インフロントキック
インステップキック
インサイドキック
この3種類を1試合通してミスなく蹴ることができれば、世界一流のサッカー選手です。
あと、ボールが遠くまで飛ばせる選手には、柔らかいフワッとしたパスが蹴れない選手が多いですので、もし飛距離を伸ばす場合には十分に気を付けて下さい。（スルーパスが強すぎて、味方が追いつけないことが多い）
ボールをもっと遠くへ飛ばしたい場合は、ミートする位置を変えるのが一番早いです。
そもそもインフロントはボールを真芯で捕らえるキックではないので、インステップよりのキックにすると簡単に遠くへ飛ぶようになると思います。
筋力をつけてキック力が上がるというのは、間違った考えだと思います。理論的には、筋力が上がれば、飛距離は伸びますが、それ以前に、今の体の力を100%ボールに伝えることの方が何倍も重要ですし、すぐに効果があります。
私は、50mくらい飛ぶフワッとしたインフロントキックを蹴りますが、実はそれ以上は蹴れません。これはこれで１つの完成されたインフロントキックですので、それ以上フォームを改良して遠くに飛ばそうとすることはやめました。
私の場合、似たような異なるキックをマスターすることは、イメージを混同して、２つのキックが自分の中でごちゃ混ぜになり、結果的にキックの精度を落とすという経験があったからです。ただし、あくまで私の場合なので、参考程度にお考え下さい。人によっては、いろんな種類のキックを蹴れる人もいます。
究極的なキック解説は、私もあくまで自分の場合どうだったかをお話するに過ぎません。私の解説が１００％正解とは限らないのでご了承ください。

今回の質問少しずれているのですが、答えたくない（？）というか、不快であればスルーしてください。。。
練習場所はいつもどのようなところで行いますか？
引退してしまいましたので、グランドは使用できず、公園という公園も・・・。
地域によって違うのは承知しているのですが、こういった場合管理人様はいつもどのような場所で・・・？

私は地元が北海道なので、高校生の頃は、家の近所に野球グランドがあって、そこの外野の部分が芝なのでフェンスに向かってボールを蹴っていました。
今考えれば、恵まれた環境でした。フェンスの下部分はコンクリだったので、低いボールを蹴れば跳ね返ってきますし、ダイレクトのインサイドの練習もできます。
野球場の横には空き地もあり、野球はナイター設備もあったので、部活が終わったあとにその明かりでキック練習をしていました。
今は東京なので練習場所には非常に苦労しています。
自分に最適な練習場所を見つけることができなければ、まず上達は無理です。
ですので、練習場所を見つけることは、技術向上のための最初の重要課題だと思います。

良い練習場所を確保することは、思った以上に難しく、それが技術の差に繋がると言っても過言ではありません。気合を入れて探す必要があると思います。
学校に事情を話して、可能であれば、グランドを使う許可を頂くことも良いのではないでしょうか。

最近、インステップを蹴る時に右足で蹴る場合、飛んでいく軌道が、直線というよりむしろ、高くダフった回転で飛びます。
反対に、左足で蹴ると、無意識でも、無回転で飛ぶ距離こそ短いものの、右足より低く、早く飛びます。
利き足が、右足なので、右足で左足のように蹴りたいのですが･･･
何かアドバイスを頂けませんか？？

左足で蹴れるのでしたら、私が解説するよりも、最も身近にお手本があることになります。しかもそれは自分自身ですからね^^;
右足と左足の蹴り方がどう違うかを分析して、あとは練習することです。私がアドバイスすることは何もありません。
あるとすれば、キックには論理的な考え方をすることが重要だということです。ちゃんと考えていれば、今回の質問は必要なかったはずです。
ちょっと厳しい回答でスミマセン。
でも、キックが蹴れないという方は、キックがどうという以前に物事に取り組む姿勢や、考え方に問題がある場合が多いです。

自分では、意識して蹴っているつもりなのですが、甲よりもつま先側にあったてしまいますし、
僕は右利きなんですが中心よりも親指側に当たりインフロントに近い感じになってしまいます。

かるーく蹴って、絶対に中心でミートして下さい。
ゆっくり蹴れば可能だと思うので、中心でミートする感覚を掴むと覚えやすいです。感覚を掴めば今度はそれをクセ（習慣）になるまで意識して反復練習です。

ちゃんとミートすればボールスピードは格段に速くなりますし、蹴った感触も全然違います。１番わかりやすく説明すると、ボールを真上に上げて、浮き球をインステップで蹴ってみてください。簡単にミートできます。浮き球のキックと今のインステップキックを比べてみてください。
インステップで低く速いいボールを蹴ろうと練習しているんですが
なぜかボールがまっすぐに飛ばず左にずれてしまいます。(右足で蹴った場合)

フォームが悪い場合ならば太もも以外の場所にも痛みが出る場合がありますからおそらく筋肉痛です。

この書き方だとどうにもシュート＝インステップキックのように考えてるように思えます。そうでないのならばいいのですがもしそのように考えているのであれば改めておいたほうがいいと自分は思います。

違うならいいのですがもし片方の脚だけで蹴っているのならばこれからは両方の脚で蹴ることをオススメします。個人的にはそのほうが上達が早い気もします。また片方だけで蹴り続けるのは負荷が偏るのであまりオススメできません。
